About Northern Lights
Northern Lights, also known as "NL," is a legendary indica-dominant cannabis strain that hit the market in the 1980s. The exact origins of the strain are shrouded in mystery, but it is widely believed to have been developed from a mix of Afghan landrace indicas and a Thai sativa. The original breeding is said to have taken place on an island near Seattle, Washington, by a breeder known as "The Indian."
The variety is very popular not only among consumers but also among growers because it is resistant to mold and pests and is relatively easy to grow.
